Wandering the corridors of Hogwarts was a pleasant way to spend a sunday morning. The workload hadn't really started to pile up yet, so she was enjoying some free time. She had left the Gryffindor Common Room just after 8, whilst the majority of the house were still fast asleep. She had headed to the owlery and sent a letter home to her mother, warning her not to spend any money on pointless things, and one to her uncle who had asked about how she was getting on at school. She had then returned to the school, to wander the corridors.
She found herself in the Trophy Room, a place she often came to. It was the ideal place to meet friends from other houses as it was in a fairly central location and away from the prying eyes of everyone in places such as the great hall. She paused, glancing into one of the cases and adjusting a stray piece of hair that had fallen across her face.

Summer wasn't playing well. She had been out for an early morning practice and was having an off day. She needed inspiration and motivation. Knowing exactly where to get that, she went to the trophy room, it gave her motivation and pride to see her parents names on the trophy for Quidditch excellence. She walked into the room and walked automatically to the trophy seeing her dad's name and smiled "Help me have a good match." she said. To anyone else this was stupid, her parents were alive and she could talk to them at any time but this seemed to help her focus on her quidditch. Hearing a sound she looked up spotting someone she didn't really like at all. Her dorm mate but the one she hated, Erin Conolly. She stayed where she was waiting for her to notice that she wasn't alone. She caught her eye and frowned, "hi slut." she said with a hint of bitterness in her tone. tag: Erin Outfit: outfitNotes: hehe and make it double

Looking at all the Quidditch trophies brought back memories of growing up. Murtagh had returned home from Hogwarts talking of nothing but the sport, how much he enjoyed how, how he was really good at it and how everyone else was awful. Erin had believed every word and set her heart upon joining him. When she arrived at Hogwarts she soon realised that Quidditch was not for her, they wouldn't be able to afford two good broomsticks anyway. Quidditch was in their blood, their uncle had played for the Irish Quidditch team, which Erin had only found out after she had received her letter. Uncle Con had been forced to keep it a secret from them, due to the rest of the family being muggles. As she daydreamed, a noise startled her and she turned around.
Summer Wood.
"Hmm," she muttered, raising an eyebrow at the girl before turning back to the case she was standing at. "Don't you know it's rude to interrupt thoughts?"

Summer turned away momentarily from Erin looking at her parents names just gathering motivation from them and the drive that she needed to help her get better. She fiddled with her hoodie walking around the trophy room looking at the other quidditch trophies. She hoped that when she left Hogwarts her name would be on one of them, she spotted Zane's name on one about most talented seekers and smiled. She missed Zane so much, he was probably her closest friend as they trained relentlessly together morning noon and night come rain or shine.
The sight of the name made her think back to when she had visited him at the England stadium. It was so good to see him again. He looked in better shape than ever, and meeitng the rest of the team was the best day of her life. Also being able to test the new broom she wanted and get a ride on the back of the prototype broom. Though the best thing was being able to do like a mini trial for the team and play in their practice game. She had performed well and caught the eye of the manager so almost certainly had a trial for the team waiting for her next year.
She was bought back from the prospects of her dreams and plans coming true by Erin's voice and, on hearing what she said proceeded to laugh for a few seconds. "Thoughts? Really Erin I never thought you had a brain of which to conduct thoughts so never thought there would ever be thoughts to interrupt." she countered. Man she hated this girl so much, and unfortunately they had to share a dorm and were in the same lessons, mostly. She looked at her and rolled her eyes at the outfit, if she was going for candy floss flowery little girl who looked rediculous she had got it down to a T. why the hell would you wear stillettoes to walk around the castle on a Sunday when you are most likely to bump into no one except the occasional ghost?

She wished she was back home, in the country of her ancestors, the Emerald Isle, not Brighton where they lived now. At least then she wouldn't have to share a dormitory with a girl who looked like the first half of a muggle washing powder advert. She had always promised herself that when she left Hogwarts she would move back to Ireland and start a family, away from all the dirtmunchers.
Right now she prayed that one of her boys would appear and whisk her away from Summer Wood. Not that she needed saving, more the fact that it would be much more dramatic. Erin turned to face her, taking in her outfit and facial expression."Shouldn't you be out rolling in mud and debasing yourself for public amusement?"
